Listen to Your Body

I have discovered that in times of difficulty, going to my body has been a far more successful strategy than “thinking through things”.

My body speaks only truth, first of all.

This an enormous point. Enormous. Momentous, even. Momentous.

I don’t need my mind to tell me what’s really happening.

It’s too busy creating thoughts to be concerned with what is real.

So is yours.
