Thursday Mobility Tip:
If you work at home, sit on the floor to work. Everything is transferable. If you are not accustomed to spending time on the floor or working on the floor, give your body time to adjust by making the change gradually. Each day spend some time on the floor, increasing the time when your body feels ready. Use pillows (furniture pillows rather than bed pillows), yoga blocks, balls and trays (and whatever else you like) to make yourself comfortable and productive.
