Ok, so now you’ve got 18 tips to play with. Learning to connect with body awareness and use it to affect life in your body takes practice. Rather than continue to post tips, I’m going to suggest that you start again with tip number 1.
Tip 19: There is a magic in repetition.
In opening and staying open to receive new information every time you practice can result in uncovering the treasure that is your body.
