Throughout your day, pay attention to your hips and the relationship between your hips, legs and feet.
Tip 11: Notice your hips. Stand naturally and observe where and how your feet settle underneath your hips.
Do your toes turn in? Do your toes turn out? Are your feet parallel?
Tip 12: Sit naturally in a chair and observe how your legs behave.
Do your your thighs roll out or roll in?
In which direction do your knees point?
Notice how it feels to discretely adjust the “roll” of your thighs.
