So after yesterday’s “foot” practice, are you pretty familiar with the soles of your feet and what your feet are down there doing all day?!

Did you remember your feet every time the phone rang?

If not, here’s a Tiplet that may help with that:

Set alarms on your phone.

On to our next 5-second tip…

Tip 5: Notice your toes in your shoes.

Tip 6: Notice how your toes feel in your shoes.
